Fees – Our property finder and rental finder fee structures explained

 Fees

property finder, home finder, property search consultant, fee, fees

Purchase Fees

A retainer of £700 covers the first 16 weeks of property search. This is followed by a further £500 which becomes payable in advance for each 12 weeks further search needed.

A success fee becomes due on exchange of contracts. This is charged at 1% of the agreed purchase price up to to £800,000 and 1.5% above £800,000. Or, 15% of the price reduction negotiated from the asking price if it is greater.

Rental Fees

A retainer of £350.00 covers the first 16 weeks of search, after which a further £250.00 becomes payable in advance for each 12 weeks further search needed.

A success fee of 1 month’s rental becomes due on signature of the tenancy agreement.

For both of the above, the retainers already paid are deductible subject to a maximum deduction of 50% of the final fee.
